At the customer’s request, the laboratory sends regular updates on the publication of  legislative documents and their application. In addition to the document, it also provides a brief summary that allows the customer to understand the substantial changes it has made. For all customers who are assisted in the HACCP management, the laboratory will, whenever necessary, update the regulatory references present in the HACCP Manual. The laboratory also carries out legislative and in-depth research at the customer’s request.
